SRI Hermetics Inc. announces its patent pending EZpinMiniTM
series of hermetic connectors available in Micro-D and Nano form
factors. These innovative connectors provide:
|
- Affordable, robust hermetic connectors
- Robust ceramic seals
- Stable pins for reliable wire bonding
- Available in Al, Ti, SST and other
materials
- COTS mating connectors
|
|
SRI Hermetics new design allows users with budgetary considerations, space limitations
and/or concerns about production difficulties to enjoy the benefits of smaller connectors
without the higher price tag and more difficult wire bonding of our fully populated Nano or
Micro-D connectors. By removing certain adjacent pins within the standard milspec pattern,
SRI Hermetics is able to provide the user with a larger wire bonding pin on the hermetic side
for enhanced wire attachment. Since the remaining pins are still aligned per the normal milspec,
the non-hermetic side mates to off-the-shelf Micro-Ds and Nanos from various manufacturers--
resulting in even further savings for the user.
SRI Hermetics is already filling orders for these connectors and
invites your inquiry about their patent-pending EZpinMiniTM.
You can access information about SRI Hermetics regular pin count hermetic Nano and Micro-Ds at the
website or contact a representative or the company.
